So this is Spring huh

Spring came last week...or so that's what they said! I can not believe as I got up on Sunday morning the snow was covering the ground, little by little it fell and fell and FELL. We got pounded with some snow ya'll. I mean it was the most I had ever seen. 18 inches I think to be exact. The most in my lifetime. But spring it's here and I can see the glimmers of hope that it really wants to be here, sunshine, slowly the snow is melting away.....I am so excited for warmth! Spring is bringing out the girly-girly side of me. I am loving all things pink, and yearning for a Mani/pedi date sometime in the near future. I chose to keep my tootsies all natural this winter, so as soon as the warm weather pops, i'll be popping into my favorite nail salon for a refresher. I told you I was loving all things girly and pink, here are my latest images I am swooning over to prove it!

let's Spring into action

Tomorrow is the first day of spring....this week it hardly feels as if Spring is upon us. Cold temperatures and ice-y mornings. I can not wait for it to transition into Spring though and that is why I am loving this bright, bubbly pink, everywhere. Happy Spring Eve :)

Finding time.....hard to do

I have neglected my little blog lately. Life is moving by too fast, weeks go by like days and before I know it...it's a new month. March is here and already going on the second week. I am thrilled that the days are getting longer and birds are chirping as I rise for the day. Beautiful to hear the joyous sounds of Spring awakening, beautiful to see the sun coming up on a new day that is filled with God's everlasting love. I have been trying to find time to sit down and blog, its been tough lately with work, school, and life in general. I miss being on here regularly and reading my favorites. I hope to continue to have a little time each day to sit and blog, wait I am making too big a promise with the everyday, lets stick with weekly, yes that's much better. No way I can live up to the promise of a blog post a day. What was I thinking? School and work pretty much consume my life right now. I think I may have one night a week to catch up on everything else in life....like laundry/dishes/sleep/dusting/floors/groceries. You get the picture! This morning I sat down and got to read some more of my book I won off of a give-away on theletteredcottage. It's called Mended by Angie Smith. Great book, moving words!
